Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–2 business days using automated fulfillment through our trusted suppliers via AutoDS. Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our global network of suppliers, which allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days depending on your location, and in some cases may extend due to customs processing or high demand. Tracking information will be automatically provided via email once your order has shipped; please allow a few days for updates to appear. Because products may come from different suppliers, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as orders are processed quickly and changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information, and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers, our return and exchange policy is structured to align with our fulfillment process.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a replacement, we will arrange to send a new item at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

 

Return Shipping

In most cases, you may not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
